Independence Day is probably my favorite holiday. You get everything you do with holidays like Christmas, but without the expense of gifts. Savor the moment...
I'd also like to address the issues with our Lost Cause Itunes podcast. Namely, not being able to watch the episodes on your Ipod. The problem is that the Ipod apparently can't play videos unless they are in .mp4 format, even though the Itunes help section says .mov works. And of course all of our files are .mov format. We can fix this, but it takes a rediculous amount of time to reformat each episode, and with 20 videos on the podcast, that will take some serious time.
But there is a temp fix available to anyone that wants to get their LC on Ipod fix now:
Simply go into your podcast section in Itunes, right click the episode you want on your Ipod, and select "convert selection for Ipod/Iphone". Itunes should then begin converting the file. Afterwards you can play it on your 'Pod just fine, other than the aspect ratio might be a tad bit too wide.
Again, we'll get the files fixed proper as soon as we can, but in the meantime this should do the trick. Thanks to Dakota 007 for pointing this out.
